Being happy, healthy and resilient can really help you feel more positive about life, enjoy it better and help you have strong relationships with the people that matter most to you.

The quiz has 10 easy questions, which cover topics to help us feel better mentally, emotionally and physically, the essentials to keep us happy and healthy.

In a matter of minutes you will have completed the quiz and you will receive you own personalised and confidential report. You will be given suggestions on lifestyle changes that are easy to make.

Your results are completely confidential to you and the Co-op will never see your individual report.

Support

We all want and deserve to have great mental health and at times in our lives this can be a challenge. These life challenges happen to most people and the best action we can take is to talk to somebody, do try and remind your family and friends that it is good to talk.

Speak to LifeWorks

If you need support or just someone to talk to, the Co-op Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is available 24 hours a day. If you’re in the UK, you can call 0800 069 8854 (calls are free). If you’re abroad, you can call 0044 141 846 1586 (overseas call charges apply). It’s run by LifeWorks – a company that specialises in colleague helplines. It’s totally confidential and they don’t need to know which part of Co-op you work in.

Provides information, support and therapy for people living with anxiety disorders.
